Belinda Chan Li Mei

This is a whole antire entry dedicated to our favourite girl-snake-sponge-bean-corn Ms. Belinda Chan Li Mei. Our dear beany has come up with a Quick-Change package. Popular amoungst the 6c girls when they change in the toilet for PE. Well, with this ever convenient Quick-Change, there is no need for changign rooms anymore. Nor is there a need for PE teachers to scream at us for being half an hour late due to the long quene in the toilet. Quick-Change has proven to solve all your changing problems!

From today onwards, readers can look forward to a step-by-step comprehensive guide on the Quick-Change trick invented and coined by our very own celebrity of the day, Ms Belinda Chan. Today I am given the previledge to inaugural the Quick-Change steps. Here goes!

1. Stretch your PE T-shirt. Left, right, centre, up and down.
2. Pull it over your head, don't put your hands through the holes though. You are to remain fully clothed till now.
3. Start unbuttoning, if and only if your PE shirt covers your entire upper body (maybe if it covers the vital parts, it's fine).

For more Quick-Change steps....STAY TUNED.
Impatience avid readers can SMS their request to Ms Belinda Chan, I trust you have her number, she's the celebrity of the day!
The most enthusiastic reader with the most number of SMS sent will receive a kiss from Mrs Uma Chong.

Our dear Belinda Chan has a rather long nickname and I am not sure if I can post it right here for fear that my head will roll tmr. After cutting so many heads for Lit week I think it's time someone cuts mine. On a side note, does anyone wants to watch Othello? Buy my tickets? Watch with me? You can sense the desparation right. Do feel something for a helpless soul.

Remember to in your sports attire and bring extra change of clothes. It would be good to bring along a cap too as it might get very hot.

Term 3 CIP

Hi guys!!! Please read this post as it is very impotant that you do not confuse yourself about the 2 major CIP that we will be doing this term.

First and foremost, we have the Olympic Dreams.

I'm sure most of you have a faint idea about what's going on, I hope you do, in any case, this is a reminder.
Yes, the whole of 6c is involved and maybe some superhumans on bikes who can do 100 rounds in 4 hours will be joining us too. Once again, the Ability Challenge (a proper subset of the whole Olympic Dreams '07 programmes) is at Toa Payoh stadium on 15th July 2007. Please please please keep the whole day free! And I need to stress that you can run, walk, cycle, roller blade, crawl - do anything! - but just finish as many rounds as you can! And to spice things up, we can treat it as a all in one session where we do CIP together as a class and also de-stress and have a class outing. HAHA. ONe last thing: invite a friend along! We are trying to clock up as many rounds as possible so if you can bring your whole clan down or something! LOL.

Next, Smile For A Mile.

This can be a little confusing so pay attention! Recently there has been an emergence of events that tie in both fund raising and exercising. The Ability Challenge is one such example and now we have Smile For A Mile which essentially is similar to the Ability Challenge.

But, with a twist.

The thing is this time round, we are the ones selling running tags to raise funds and encouraging other people to run a mile. (FYI: 1 mile = 1.6km = 4 rounds around the school track) The tags are for the runners to pen down messages to the handicapped from the Disabled People's Association (DPA). A total of 15 schools are invovled in this massive project funded by Youth Challenger. (The brains of the project are from NJC.)

The crux of the matter (NEW WORD! Uma Chong will be so proud) is we'll have to sell as many tags as possible. I already have the tags with me. In fact, I have 1,000 tags to sell so I have 2,000 tags in my house. This is because the runners will buy and keep one tag while giving the other one for us to keep. Each tag is for sale at $1.00 each.

6D is also invovled in this project and together we will be a formidable force, I hope. In light of recent gentle reminders by our kind teachers that the Prelims are just around the corner, we should start the project ASAP. This week we will be sending in the proposal for approval and hopefully by end of next week we'll be given the green light. Next week during the Thursday Civics slot, I will be going through in more detail the Action Plan (cause I haven't come up with one yet and I need to discuss with Li Bing and Andrew from 6D). I hope the above is crystal clear and that no one is confused. Meanwhile, since this is a class effort, do give me your suggestions (and full support =DD)
