looking for a place to stay

hey does anyone of you know of a room/place out for rent? my friend paul yap's looking for a place to stay before he enters smu. currently smu doesn't offer him any place in the school hostel... if you do know somebody who might have an empty place/room which is quite accessible, please contact me.. thanks :)
